5. Edin Dzeko
Is a foregone conclusion that Dzeko will be leaving Eastlands in the summer as he becomes increasingly frustrated with his lack of game time at City this season. He developed a ‘super-sub’ tag which he despised, for his brilliant match winning performances when coming off the bench. However it is his lack of first team chances that will make him call an end to his time in England. A move back to the Bundesliga seems likely, with Borussia Dortmund keen on the forward.
4. Scott Sinclair
It was a bad move to join City from Swansea in the first place last summer, and that has been confirmed with almost no game time this season. The winger was exceptional for Swansea, and a key player in the team. His performances for the Welsh side could have even resulted in an England call up if he stayed. City signed him for £8million but with lack of game time they may be willing to accept much less than that in the summer. Sinclair would be a perfect fit for the likes of Liverpool or Everton and would get much more game time at those clubs.
3. Yaya Toure
The Ivory Coast midfielder is becoming increasingly unsettled at City because they are yet to offer the former Barcelona man a new contract. Toure is a key midfielder for City but there was even talk of him quitting the club before the season is over. If City are still unwilling to discuss a new deal, they will lose one of their best players and biggest named stars. It is unlikely he would stay in England although Chelsea would be interested in him should he decide to stay in the premier league. A move back to Barcelona could be a possibility, but he would be better suited moving to Germany, perhaps with old boss Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich.
2. Joleon Lescott
Lescott is another big name star that is struggling for a regular starting place in a crowded Manchester City team. The England International has had to play second fiddle to the likes of Vincent Kompany and Nastasic this season and he only seems to play if one of the two are injured. Not many clubs would be able to pay his inflated wages so if he wants a move he will have to take a pay cut.
1.Samir Nasri
Since his big move from Arsenal, he has failed to make any impact at City at all and has looked a shadow of the player who lined out for the Gunners. He is a constant bench warmer and rarely makes substitute appearances. It is understood that he would like a move back to France, where he was once dubbed the new Zidane. That never materialised but PSG are interested in the Frenchman and a move to his homeland may be the thing he needs to rediscover his lost form.
