Job Summary:

• Receives training related to the fact-finding, investigative phases of research with gradually increasing emphasis on the interpretive and analytic aspects in the solution of problems or segments of problems.
• Observes, assists in and performs tasks selected to prepare him for independent operation in an assignment.
• Assists in gathering, compiling, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data in the field of research.
• May serve as a team member on projects, may assist other analysts, or may complete a segment of a study under supervision.
• Assists in developing and perfecting research plans and data reporting systems and procedures.
• Utilizes the more routine tests of statistical significance such as chi-square, t-tests, and related techniques.
• Carries out correlations, computations and operates mechanical devises used in statistical work.
• Assists in the writing of reports and surveys of research studies.
• Codes research data and presents data in graphic, pictorial, and tabular form.
• Utilizes statistical measures of central tendency, dispersion and association.
• Assists in the preparation and field testing of survey and research questionnaires.

Education:

• Good Quality First Degree In A Social Science Discipline (Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology) Completion of The NYSC Programme.

Knowledge Requirements:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis,
• Knowledge of property market
• Understanding of theoretical applications and principles
• Knowledge of property trend analysis
• Fluency in a major Nigerian Language will be an advantage
