BILLIE Faiers and Greg Shepherd have welcomed a new addition to the family.

The TOWIE star teased she was about to give birth to her baby girl yesterday and it seems our predictions weren't far from the truth.

The pregnant star was in fact off out to the hospital when she posed in her latest maternity-outfit-of-the-day pic which she shared on Instagram.

But it wasn't to welcome her and her fiancé's baby daughter.

The couple were celebrating becoming an aunty and uncle as Greg's sister Hayley has given birth to a beautiful baby boy.

Sam Faiers' sister got in some parenting practice as she held the tiny tot.

"Welcome to the world to my beautiful nephew… Congratulations @hayleyshepherdkelly and Danny… I can't wait for him to meet his cousin very soon…," she beamed.

Greg too took his nephew off the new mum's hands for a couple of seconds as he perfected the art of holding a newborn.

"Awwww so cute ... @Gregshepherd_ the proud uncle with his beautiful baby nephew," Billie captioned the special shot.
