An international specialist coatings company are currently seeking a Site Maintenance Planner/Scheduler support their production and engineering in the improvement of operating efficiencies. This is a critical role in delivering the engineering maintenance strategy. The role roles purpose is to Manage planning, scheduling & coordination of factory maintenance workloads. Ensure all systems operate to relevant Health & Safety, environmental & quality standards, typically TS16949, Minimise total maintenance costs & efforts by maximising maintenance workforce efficiency & productivity and Ensure the reliability & availability of plant across all departments.
The job content involves managing Installation & configuration of new CMMS. To Lead CMMS operator training. To Generate & upkeep of the asset database. To Develop the asset Care Programmes. Also involved is the Generation of detailed Standard Maintenance Procedures. Ensuring effective "day to day" prioritising, planning & scheduling of maintenance resources. To provide key information on equipment failure types, frequencies & failure trends. Administration, control & scheduling of the Instrument Calibration Process. To update & coordinate sub service contract activities and organise & control maintenance stores.

The right candidate will ideally be HND/HNC/Degree qualified or equivalent in Elect/Mech.Engineering. Have 3 years minimum experience of working within an industrial manufacturing environment. Have Demonstrable experience in implementing & running CMMS. The ability to train all engineering & non-engineering teams on the use of CMMS. Have awareness of current safety orientation.
