They work with global manufacturers helping them to adapt and re design their already market leading products .This UK based company prides itself on looking after its staff and making sure that their needs are met.

An excellent opportunity for someone with Field Service Engineering experience looking to take the next step in their career, or for someone who is looking to work with the latest cutting edge technology. As a field service engineer you will be providing support, from the installation of their products all the way through to the routine servicing and repair.

Within your role, you will be expected to:
*Assist with sales demonstrations.
*Keep systems up to date with factory issued modifications and updates.
*Monitor systems and failures ensuring faults are reported to relevant product specialists.
*Install, maintain and repair all equipment to the highest standard.

You will be motivated and professional using your superb customer service skills to provide high quality on site and off site technical support to equipment stakeholders.

The ideal candidate as a minimum will have:
*A HND or equivalent in electronics.
*3 years as a field service engineer with 2 years with x-ray engineering experience.
*Knowledge of X-ray equipment.

Any experience of DICOM, PACS and DR systems would be advantageous.
