Earlier this month, Nigerian human rights activist and lawyer Bamidele Aturu passed away at the age of 49.
On Friday 25th July 2014, he was laid to rest in his country-home of Ogbagi Akoko in Ondo state, with friends, family and admirers in attendance.
His body was briefly laid at the Ajatu High School in Ogbagi Akoko. Also present at the ceremony were Aturu’s deputy Chisa Anyanwu and actor Babatunde Omidina (Baba Suwe)
His wife Bimpe Aturu and children Erioluwa and Tobiloba were also in attendance.
