Apparently angry over the way the Nigerian press reported his wife’s death, Teddy refused granting any interviews.
At the burial, he was said to have told reporters, "Are you guys satisfied now? I really hope you are. You report things without calling to confirm and you create unnecessary rumours."
When approached by TheNet, an angry Teddy said, "I am not doing any interviews. Not now, maybe in the next 50 years."
Kefee died on June 13th of lungs failure after 15 days in a coma at Desert Spring Hospital, in the US and was buried a month after in Delta State.
The gospel singer had collapsed on a flight going to Chicago, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing.
At that time, there were reports that Kefee was 6-months pregnant and was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, i.e. pregnancy induced high blood pressure.
However, in contrast to all the pregnancy rumors, her Publicist manager, Adeline had denied the rumours saying she was not pregnant.
