Leicester City have completed the signing of Argentine striker Leonardo Ulloa from Brighton and Hove Albion.
After rejecting numerous bids from the Foxes, Brighton and Hove Albion finally accepted an offer of around £7 million for their star striker. The 27-year old has penned a 4-year deal with the Foxes.
Ulloa has now become Leicester City’s most expensive transfer overtaking Ade Akinbiyi who set the club back £5 million in 2000.
Ulloa will now taste Premier League football for the first time and will hope to continue the fine form he had whilst at Brighton with his new club, Leicester City.
Brighton have signed former Fox Chris O’Grady as replacement for Ulloa and are likely to re-invest the £7 million back into new playing staff.
