The agency is on the lookout for a Senior Medical Education Manager to join their already strong team and focus on CME projects. 
Role responsibilities:
•    Provide strategic medical education direction and input to defined programmes and activities accounts.
•    Responsible for delivery to the agencies standards and in accordance with Good CME Practice (gCMEp) Group guidelines and other accreditation guidelines.
•    Responsible for delivery of programmes and activities within budgeted hours and revenue
•    Maximise target audience satisfaction with all programmes.
•    Identify and develop new as well as roll on grant opportunities.
•    Encourage development of other members in the programme teams
•    Lead large international CME and Independent education programmes that may include multiple live meetings and/or eLearning platforms
•    Propose strategic direction of programmes and initiatives based on needs assessments in targeted therapeutic areas
•    Participation in new business development via participation in grant request
•    Develop strong relationships with key commercial support contacts
•    Develop strong relationships with KOLs and general faculty
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required 
•    Experience from pharmaceutical industry/agency and/or medical education environment, preferably in the international arena
•    Experience of pharmaceutical medical education programmes including implementation and monitoring of large scale Medical Communication/Medical Education initiatives
•    Experience with independent medical education and/or CME
•    Undisputed ability to work independently on all aspects of Medical Education
•    Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, marketing, education, communications or other relevant area
•    Experience of all aspects of financial project management or the ability to demonstrate a full understanding of these processes.
•    Experience of managing staff and well developed people management skills
•    Excellent logistic and project management skills
