I am looking for a Senior Analytical Chemist to join a fast growing, dynamic company based in the North West of England. My client wants to find a creative and ambitious person to join their analytical team to support the development of new, innovative pharmaceutical products. This role is permanent and offers a very competitive salary.

In this role you will:
- carry out routine testing of pharmaceutical products using predominantly HPLC and GC/MS techniques all to cGLP standards.
- perform calibration and maintenance of analytical equipment, ensuring all the necessary checks are performed at the correct standard.
- provide technical expertise and contribute to the design and implementation to the development of new products.
- ensure all documentation is completed fully and to the correct standards.

You will ideally have:
- a minimum of a degree in Chemistry/Analytically orientated subject
- at least 3 years experience in analytical sciences from a pharmaceutical background using HPLC and GC/MS.
- experience in troubleshooting and maintaining analytical equipment.
