Responsibilities: 

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, CCTV, printers and scanners planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Interface with staff to determine the nature of problems and solving same, responding to breakdowns.
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults,repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Agreeing timescales, obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings in association with the procurement unit
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety and maintaining records of software licences
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
• Shift and on-call work may be required, particularly where computing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
HND or Degree in Computer Technology Field with at least 3 years practical working experience. He/she should be versatile with discernible practical  insight in Networking, Programming, Hardware and WEB Design
