Enyeama shouldn't come back to Eagles – Dosu

Dosu Joseph has cautioned France-based goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama not to turn around his choice to resign from universal football, saying he could think twice about it for whatever is left of his life in the event that he chooses to bow to weight to come back to the Super Eagles.

Enyeama, who is Nigeria's most-topped footballer, resigned from the national group in October a year ago in the wake of dropping out with the then Eagles mentor Sunday Oliseh taking after the declaration of Ahmed Musa as the group's new commander.

"I have battled a decent battle for over 13 years. I have completed my course, I have kept the confidence and sang the song of praise with enthusiasm," the Lille caretaker composed on Instagram.

"From now on, there is laid for me a crown which no one but God can compensate me for my 13 years of national administration."

The 34-year-old is accepted to be under weight from Nigeria mentor Gernot Rohr and some football identities in the nation to leave worldwide retirement – to have influence in the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

Rohr told correspondents in front of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania that he had talked with Enyeama about coming back to the Eagles.

The German was cited as saying as of late that the previous national group commander would return if the Eagles fit the bill for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

What's more, previous Nigeria manager Dosu, who has communicated worry over the advancement, needs Enyeama to concentrate on his club profession and disregard universal football.

The previous Julius Berger star says Rohr ought to keep confidence with Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Carl Ikeme, saying "he has done well in this way".

Dosu, who hailed the Eagles for their 2-1 thrashing of Zambia's Chipolopolo in their opening Russia 2018 World Cup Group B qualifier at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on October 9, encouraged Rohr to take a shot at his barrier in front of the qualifier against Algeria in Uyo on November 12.

He demands the Eagles won't be a cluster of unnerved rabbits against the ritzy Desert Foxes, saying the three-time African champions have the quality to stop their Leicester City's assaulting couple Islam Slimani and Riyad Mahrez, who initiate the Algerians' offered to run out victors.
