UNILAG, OAU and FUTMINNA Students Gets S.O. AWOKOYA FOUNDATION Scholarships!!!

The Stephen Oluwole Awokoya Foundation has selected three students of the University of Lagos(UNILAG) for its 2013 Postgraduate Scholarship in Science Education.

The students are DADA, Raphael Oluwagbemiga of the Department of Chemistry with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.87; ODIGWE, Ofure Ekinadoese of the Department of Pharmacy with a CGPA of 4.75 and BELLO, Oladapo of the Department of Zoology with a CGPA of 4.67.

They are among the six students selected from Universities across the nation to benefit from the scheme. The other winners are Ogundipe, Omotola Deborah of the Department of Pharmaceutics, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife;

Aunde Emmanuel Liambee of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Federal University of Technology, Minna and Irabor, Princess Oseikhueme of the Department of Electrical & Information Engineering, Covenant University, Otta.

The Academic Planning Unit of the University of Lagos had presented a total of ten First Class students: nine from the Faculty of Science and one from the Faculty of Pharmacy, who submitted their applications before the deadline, to the Stephen Oluwole Awokoya Foundation for the Scholarship.

The University Management heartily congratulates and celebrates the students and wishes them well in all their future endeavours.
