Brazil vs Chile: What do supporters of the pair think of their second round clash

Championship charge: Big Phil's men know Chile represent a tough nut to crack
Hosts Brazil look to keep their World Cup dream alive on Saturday when they take on South American rivals Chile in the first knockout stage of this year's competition.
The Selecao topped Group A, taking 7 points from three matches, and will look to impress a vociferous home support in Belo Horizonte.
But Jorge Sampaoli's Group B runners-up are no respecter of reputations, as world champions Spain found to their cost. Their recent record against Brazil isn't great, but they'll show no fear at the Estadio Mineirao.
Here's Brazil fan Bernardo Schanz and Chile supporter Daniel Klein offering their views on the last 16 encounter:

The view from Brazil

What do you think the score will be?

Chile have always had a strong squad in the World Cup, but La Roja have put together a particularity good side this year.
As such, I think that it will be a very tight game, but Brazil will ultimately come out on top. I predict a 2-1 score in favour of the host nation against Chile.

Who do you think will be Brazil's key player?

Neymar is without a doubt Brazil's best player. The 22-year-old has carried the hosts this far, but has yet to even show what he is really capable of.
Clive BrunskillNeymar of Brazil (L) celebrates after scoring his team's first goal with teammate Hulk during the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Group A match between Cameroon and Brazil at Estadio Nacional on June 23, 2014 in Brasilia, Brazil.
Four goals already: Neymar has been bang in form during the Selecao's opening three games
Leading the goal scoring charts with Lionel Messi, Neymar has already struck the back of the net four times and it's safe to assume that he has a lot more to give.

Who is Chile's most dangerous player?

One of Chile's biggest strengths is their lightning fast attack. Alexis Sanchez is on exceptional form and Brazil would definitely do well to keep an eye on him.
However, Eduardo Vargas will be a real danger in this game thanks to his experience in the Brazilian league with Gremio. Both players have the ability to knock the hosts out of the World Cup.

How far can Brazil go in the tournament?

Brazil are usually among the favourites to win the World Cup and history has shown that there is a reason for this.
Although Brazil haven't looked to be at their best until now, the World Cup is just starting and I believe they will step it up a notch after the group stage.

Who is going to win the World Cup?

There are a lot of great sides in the tournament, but I foresee a Germany vs Brazil final. Who is going to win? My gut tells me Brazil, but you never know in football.

Thoughts from La Roja

What do you think the score will be?

After beating current world champions Spain 2-0, the fans believe anything is possible.
We know that Brazil are the favourites, but Chile are riding a wave of confidence and will not be afraid to go head-to-head with their opponents.
Chile will go all out from the start and I predict a 3-2 victory for La Roja.

Who do you think will be Chile's key player?

Although the whole squad have really impressed, Alexis Sanchez is our game winning player.
The Barcelona striker won't be afraid to take the fight to Brazil and will likely have a big say in any goal scoring from Chile.
David Ramos
Difference maker: Sanchez is the man who can shoot La Roja to a shock win

Who is Brazil's most dangerous player?

Brazil are far from being a one man team, but Neymar is undeniably their most dangerous player and is able to turn a game on its head.
He has the skill, the pace and the confidence to cause Chile all sorts of problems on Saturday night.

How far can Chile go in the tournament?

Since I believe that we can beat Brazil, Chile have a realistic chance of reaching the finals for the first time in their history.
We will have to take each game as it comes, but after Brazil I don't any side that is unbeatable on our day.

Who is going to win the World Cup?

This has turned out to be one of the most unpredictable World Cup for years and although I can see Chile going far, anything can happen.
With Spain, England and Italy knocked out, Luis Suarez banned for four months and Aguero facing time on the sidelines, this World Cup is anyone's to take.
