My Client is enjoying their best YTD in 2013 and due to this expanding rapidly throughout the globe. Due to this expansion my client is in need of a Manager of Data Management to help strengthen their team in the UK helping with the company’s global Data Management.
    Skills & Attributes
•Degree educated in a biological science or related discipline.
•Clinical Data Management experience within a CRO, Pharmaceutical or biotech company 7 years.
•Staff Management Experience.
•Experience with EDC and database management software systems such as OC RDC, Medidate, RAVE and Inform.
•Good Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical data and CCH GCP.
    Core Responsibilities
•Line management and functional support for clinical date associates within the group to include; recruitment, staff mentoring, training and development, resource management, performance management and project support.
•holds regular team meetings to communicate all study, departmental and company information.
•possibilities to function as a Lead Data Manager on one or more studies dealing with sponsor relationships, scope, budgets and resources for the assigned studies.
•Represents Data Management in project related cross functional team meetings.
•assists with budgets and resource planning at project level.
•Assisting in Bid defences and proposals
