Controversial wannabe glamour model believes she's 'too well recognised' to ride the bus in Leeds
FAME hungry Josie Cunningham's latest stunt has, once again, sparked outrage.
The wannabe glamour model, who infamously had a £4800 boob job on the NHS, is now getting £6000 worth of taxi rides a year – all funded by taxpayers.
According to The Sun, the 23-year-old can't get on the bus in her hometown in Leeds as it gives her anxiety attacks.
“You wouldn’t see Katie Price get a bus – and I’m much more hated than her,” the mum-of-two said.
“Why should I foot the bill when it’s the public who cause me so much discomfort?
“They can pay for it. I couldn’t get a bus again. I’m too well recognised and the amount of hate I receive makes it impossible to get public transport.”
Josie argued this was stoping her taking her six-year-old son to school and her three-year-old to nursery.
As a result, the council granted her request and agreed to let her use cabs to take her kids to school every day – at a cost of £150 a week.
“Taxpayers should be grateful it’s only taxi fares and not private hire cars,” she added.
Unbothered by the criticism, she took to Twitter this afternoon to say: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but tax payers will always fund me #NeedToSortMyBoatRaceOut #SchoolRun."
