Manchester United Bus Clamped in Dublin

One fan has caused confusion after attaching a clamp to the Manchester United team bus as it was left parked up in Dublin outside The Marker Hotel.
A picture circulated on social media on Wednesday of a man appearing to attach a wheel clamp to United’s team coach, prompting social media to react in dismay.
The image led to Twitter users raising concerns over why United’s bus was clamped before it was later revealed to be a prank.
One United supporters account tweeted: ‘Man Utd team bus got clamped in Dublin today Bet you it was a scouser’ while Jack McCormack said: ‘Only in Ireland would the Manchester United team bus get clamped’.
Fortunately for United supporters, the bus was free to travel to the Aviva Stadium ahead of their final pre-season clash against Sampdoria.
The match could see Nemanja Matic make his first appearance for the Red Devils since completing a £40million transfer from Chelsea on Monday.

United are rounding off a busy pre-season schedule in which they have faced the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Barcelona during their tour of America.
They then travelled to Norway’s capital Oslo where they beat Norwegian outfit Valerenga 3-0 before this trip to Dublin.
Jose Mourinho’s side will face Real Madrid in the European Super Cup final in Macedonia on August 8 before they begin their Premier League campaign with a home clash against West Ham on August 13.
