Barcelona midfielder could make Premier League switch

Barcelona winger Jonathan dos Santos is being monitored by Premier League sides Everton and West Ham over a possible summer move, according to the Daily Express.

The Mexican, brother of former Tottenham winger Giovani, has only played nine minutes of league football this year and could be looking to leave the Camp Nou in order to play first-team football.
It has been reported in Spain that Dos Santos is attracted by a move to the Premier League and that Barca would be willing to let the midfielder leave in the summer.
However, Dos Santos believes he has not wasted a year at Barca despite making just one substitute appearance.

"I'm learning from the best in the world. I'm in the best school and best club in the world," he explained."People can say I wasted a year, but for me I haven't."I still don't know what's out there, we'll see in the summer. You don't know what could happen."
Dos Santos has been capped six times by his country but was not selected for their upcoming matches against United States and Honduras. The 22-year-old will be hoping for more game time at Barca before the end of the season.
