Vacant Stamford Bridge post may well be reserved for former boss.

Jose Mourinho is ready to make an emotional return to Stamford Bridge but has one key condition that must be met before the Portuguese boss will agree to manage Chelsea for a second time.
The Daily Star believe that the 50 year old Real Madrid manager wants Chelsea’s technical director Michael Emenalo to be removed first.

Tickets are now available for upcoming Premier League fixtures including Arsenal tickets, Manchester United tickets, Manchester City tickets, Newcastle United tickets, Liverpool FC tickets and Tottenham Hotspur tickets

Mourinho is the favourite to take over once Rafa Benitez completes his interim posting at the West London club but has made it clear he does not want to work with Emenalo, who has risen from chief scout to his prominent position in his six years at the club.Emenalo is thought of as an insider who reports back to Abramovich but Mourinho wants to run the club without such a figure in his backroom staff however the Russian billionaire may be ready to agree to such a proposal as it was the Nigerian who played a key role in the decision to bring in Benitez, a decision that has backfired in a big way.

Abramovich and Mourinho are on good terms after the falling out that led to, and followed, the former FC Porto and Inter Milan manager’s departure from the club in September 2007.
Jose Mourinho seems likely to leave the Bernabeu this summer after a breakdown in his relationship with a number of his Real Madrid charges as well as members of the Spanish side’s board.
