Responsibilities:

• Maintains comprehensive filing system
• Keep organization's personnel records up-to-date
• Manages recruiting and staffing logistics
• Manages performance management and improvement tracking systems
• Coordinates new employee orientation and development
• Assisting with employee relations
• Ensures smooth and effective communication in the office
• Compensation, benefits administration and record keeping;
• Responsible for managing employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services;
• maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
• Responsible for the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
• Directing and guiding recruitment activities; instituting policies and procedures, sourcing and on-boarding of employees, etc. and ensuring effective communication to concerned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of OND in the right discipline
• 1-3 years of experience
• Good management skills
