Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to computer users within the office.
• Oversee computer security and Antivirus precautions
• Keep a log of all IT problems with their resolution
• Act as website and social media content administrator.
• Serve as managing editor for the organization's website, social media. Overseeing development content supporting the action of the organization and predict future needs, trends and priorities.
• Act as Data Protection Officer liaising with external support and other departments within the organization to collate useful and up-to-date information and ensure data is routinely backed up.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

 

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum of OND in computer science or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of ICT.
• Strong team player with proven organizational skills.
• Efficient communication, client interaction and relationship management skills
