Lead Process Engineer

This is a rare opening in a team with global outreach and international career opportunities. Based in our Process Studies Group, your objective will be to apply chemical engineering principles to deliver improved agrochemical and seed production processes globally.
This role is as challenging as it is varied. Working within – and also leading – skilled teams, you’ll be responsible for improving manufacturing processes across our international supply chain and deliver strategic process development for new and existing products. With much of the role dependent on worldwide collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
To measure up, it’s essential that you have:
  • At least a Masters
  • Experience in the development and modelling of chemical processes
  • Strong leadership, numeracy and critical thinking skills
  • Proven ability to apply fundamental engineering concepts to identify new opportunities
