The midfielder is trying to cajole the Barcelona winger into a move as he believes the Chilean would be welcomed with open arms.

The Express Online reported earlier this week that Arsenal was deemed a perfect move for Sanchez.

And Vidal has said he would like to team up with his compatriot.

He told Italian site Tuttosport: "I do not know whether Alexis will come to Juventus, but I would be pleased if he did."

Sanchez has also been on Inter Milan's agenda too though, but they face stiff competition for his signature.

Sanchez has only netted three times for Barca this season.
