Job Description
A fun brand with global presence with very strong digital presence is looking for a mature professional with 5-7 years in a blue chip multinational You would be responsible to drive & develop the annual strategic business plan process which includes the organization/structure, ATL campaign, communication plans, consumer collecting activities, sports & events marketing and the distribution / visibility / sales plans . Prepares the annual plans and the financial budgets / P&Ls in co-operation with the marketing and sales teams and the distributors management team. Monitors thoroughly the financials (marketing budgets, turnover, and stocks) on a monthly basis. Tracks competition and market developments to proactively adapt plans and strategic direction quickly & effectively. Implements processes and structures without creating too much bureaucracy. Identifies local synergies and opportunities to avoid multiplication of efforts and maintain an efficient usage of resources (people, funds, etc.).The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of in-store marketing and activation ideally from the agency or FMCG sectors. You will possess strong numeric skills coupled with the ability to manage and deliver campaigns from concept to delivery.
NIGERIA market experience is a must have

- Must have end to end campaign management experience.
- Proven experience within FMCG environment.
- Strong Innovation background, with NPD as a key focus.
